Jiya Shetty

Chess is a part of Jiya's daily routine. You can almost always find her sneaking in a game or puzzle on chess.com. In her time as a USCF rated chess player and tournament director, Jiya has enjoyed both playing and hosting games. She has also made it onto the Top 100 female chess players list for her age. 

Jiya's go-to opening is the Four Knights Scotch, although she is dabbling in the Spanish.

Aanya Shetty

Aanya grew up playing chess. Ever since she was six years old, Aanya has loved the challenge of chess poses. She was a 2x city chess champion and has continued to play chess as a USCF rated player at a local and state level as she got older. 

Even though she started as a Two Knights Scotch player, Aanya has converted to d4 play.
